A breath of fresh air in the center of Heraklion.
It is located on one of the most central stone paved streets of Heraklion providing a unique touch of green in the middle of the urban sprawl and the most alternative proposal for those wanting a place to relax a drop away from the city center.
Of course, that which truly differentiates Parko 240 are the gastronomical experiences it offers and the always friendly and highly professional staff.

The signature plates are made by Cretan chef Giorgos Chronakis who has studied and worked in the biggest restaurants of Greece and abroad, while the kitchen is based on the island’s gastronomy albeit with a modern twist. The menu’s philosophy is quite varied; using simple everyday seasonal ingredients Giorgos Chronakis creates different combinations either for brunch – a choice of sixteen plates – or for dinner – twelve plates. For those who have visited Crete and haven’t tasted the handmade “mpougatsa” with cream and cinnamon, Parko 240 is the perfect place, whereas from the plates of the main course, the scalloped potatoes served with mayonnaise, onions and green apple truly stand apart.
If you add to the above the tasty cocktails of bartender Giannis Vavadakis and his team, it is no wonder why Parko 240 attracts so many people. The choices again here are numerous and truly modern. Curiosity cocktails, like the well-known Pina Colada which is… reconstructed replacing its classic ingredients with new ones creating strong tastes or the Low & Natives for those wanting a modern version of tastes based on Cretan distilleries. The bar also has a wide range of cocktails for those who do not drink alcohol like the Something Like Sangria or the I Am Driving, specially made for driving home safely.
